The majority of pieces would be sourced from Prop Co-Op, most affordable! The more niche items will be sourced from Westermans props. For small props and luxe items, these will be sourced from a private prop stylist’s library (linked below). On the google sheets doc, sheet 1 is master props list, and sheet 2 is the selections in detail. Prop Co Op props can be searched on their site with the item number.
HOLIDAY ‘25
Props from Westermans are updated below. Items with yellow or blue tags are on hold, otherwise everything is available. Updated with more holiday props, soft goods, and items that fall within the color palette.
We looked for props matching the description in the deck, warm, vintage, cozy, showing age and character. The following images are: Fireplace mantel (existing), chandelier, various large wooden display cases, dining room chairs on racks (available in sets of 4, 6, 8, depending on style), assorted dining room tables, lights, cozy chairs, and some holiday wreaths. All items shown are sourced from a single prop house, and are priced à la carte. Props can be further refined by style, IE wooden chair with back spindles, and multiple sets may be rented as options.
